Refunds
We will refund your money for any reason up to 10 business days after the order is shipped by applying a credit against your credit card used for the purchase. At the owner's discretion, in some cases a store credit may be given to use for future online store purchases. Refunds beyond 10 business days are at the discretion of the owner. So we recommend you get your refund request in to us by phone or email within the 10 day window.
Baskets Returned Due To Address Problems
If a basket is returned you must pay shipping and a $10 repacking charge to have it re-sent. We always repack returned packages because the box is in bad shape by the time it gets back to us. They have been handled many more times than usual during multiple delivery attempts and the return trip back to us. If you want a refund instead of resending a returned basket, we will deduct shipping charges and a $20 restocking fee from the refund. |
